Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world’s hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.

The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary’s way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.

Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

  1. …… ok, like, this video was made over 2 years ago, how have I not seen this video before!!!!

PS, I know I will probably just repeat what pretty much everyone else has already said, but I will say it anyway, well done on creating this video DRock great work.

    Regards Ben

  2. @John Chang check this out buddy, as a marketing guy and also one that does some video, I think you'll appreciate it… @Gary Vaynerchuk has built a whole team around creating and distributing his content….

  3. Nice. I enjoy these types of videos. Also, is there a reason you guys switch from monochrome to color so often? Seems a little random and done too often for it to mean anything or have any effect.

  4. #askgaryvee THANK YOU! I am a TV producer, turned video producer for small businesses, and I offer Video blogging services. This perfectly demonstrates my value proposition of giving my clients their time back. It shows how much time goes into making the videos by your team vs the time you (or my clients) are required to put in. Sure, you could do it all yourself, but why the hell would you want to??

  5. Totally fascinating. It's weird looking at this glimpse of your workflow for video and seeing similarities to my own, though my gear's not quite as fancy 😉

  6. Thanks so much.  LOVE knowing the hardware/software you use in production and post-production.  QUESTION:   Does it take you four hours of post for EVERY Ask Gary Vee show?  What's the ratio of time of post production versus final video generated?

  7. I just found you a few days this week- I've been devouring your content- thank you!!!! I am @the start of my business- would love to submit a video question for your show- where do I send it to?? BTW- what is your opinion of Frank Kern & his ideas on list building?? I am a single mom trying to figure all of this out- I have to make this work!! Thank you so much!!!!
